A still from the new video I am currently working on, tentatively called "Invitation to Love." When finished, the video will be part of an installation complete with faux marble and a tin suit of armor.
fuck this anonymous guy! anyway, Joyce died in 1939, I guess it was his estate that gave the permission? I also thought that Ulysses was not translated into German until the 80s. Proof where is the proof!
in case you still care German was one of the first languages Ulysses was translated into, but the authoritative German edition, by the novelist Hans Wolfschlager (d.2007) wasn't published until 1975.

Is this the second part of the 'Love in a time of Choler' trilogy?
Ryan, did you know that in the 1960s, James Joyce gave Joseph Bueys permission to write a German addendum to Ulysses?
I know you like Woody Allen, but I have something to tell you. Woody Allen sucks. Same damn movie over and over again.

Now I am learning about Joyce imagery in Beuys, which is pretty interesting!
